| Professor Dyzenhaus is one of the world's leading scholars of constitutional theory. He has published seminal works on the importance of legality in situations of emergency – ranging from the Weimar era over Apartheid South Africa to the so-called war on terror. In Germany, Professor Dyzenhaus will study the relationship between international law and the politics of legal space. |
